Managing daily care needs at home is a challenge for many Medicaid recipients, this program is designed to fix that.

Through New York’s Medicaid Home Care program, eligible individuals can receive the help they need at home, while choosing a trusted friend or helper to provide that care.

The caregiver is paid by Medicaid (up to $21.55/hour, depending on county and rate).
